Sterile filter

33 listings from 9 suppliers

Japanese name: 滅菌フィルター(除菌ろ過 0.2µm)

Sterilizing-grade filters use a 0.2 micron pore size to remove microorganisms from liquid. They sit at the sterile filtration step for media, buffers and formulated product, and just before aseptic filling. Buyers compare membrane material, usually PES or PVDF, for flow and protein binding, capacity for liquids that clog (two-layer and high-capacity designs), whether validation documents exist, and whether integrity testers and sterile flow path assemblies are available. Each product below is shown with its maker and the company that handles it in Japan.
